イプセ日本橋とともに永代橋方面へのシンボリックなゲートとなるようにデザインされたこのコンドミニアムの特色は、西面のガラスのダブルスキンの外装である。厳しい西日を避けると同時に空調の屋外機等の雑物を隠してマンションらしくないクールな表情を造り出すのに役立っている。オープンで都会的なデザインのエントランスホールやデッキのある屋上庭園が今日的である。

This condominium was designed to be a symbolic gate toward Eitaibashi area together with Ipse Nihonbashi Tower located the other side of the street.Remarkable feature of the condo design is an application of double glass skin for the west elevation to avoid very strong sunshine.Also the double glass fasade contributes to hide air-con outdoor units and to maintain a so clean outside look.Open and urban sick interior of the entrance hall and the spectacular roof top garden with wood decks might be very cotemporary design.
