STREAM LINE III よりさらに雑駁な赤坂の裏手に立地する小規模なオフィスビルで、周辺の脈絡のない派手な商業ビルに飲み込まれてしまうところを、ミニマリズムのデザインで逆手にとり存在感を示すことを意図した。その為アルミスパンドレルとハーフミラーガラスのストライプの繰り返しのみが示されさらには斜線制限による壁面後退を嫌ってフェイクのファサードが付けられていっそうミニマリストの表現が強化された。

This small office building was built on a congested backstreet in Akasaka surrounded by chaotic and commercial buildings.In order for this project to stand out among these buildings,minimalism design method was adopted.The stripe pattern was created by using only the aluminum panel and half mirror glass. The concept was reinforced by adding an extra layer of glass and aluminum pattern on the rooftop.
